Returns
Please note that returns are not accepted for custom solutions. For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team for a return authorization. Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or an error was made in fulfillment.
